Site Specific Experimental Theatre Piece based
on Aristophanes The Birds
inspired by adatations by Sean O'Brian and William Arrowsmith
Goal: To create an experience of trust and betrayal through:
a) forming a relationship of trust through individual interaction with audience members as well as giving them a
choice to join "the party" and take "wings" to become a part of the performance.
Here are your wings; become a bird and dance with
us!

b) creating betrayal through entrappment and the confiscation and destruction of thier "wings" as well as the personification
of Liberty that lead them to the "party".
